Who we are

OutreachAlpha (“we”, “us”) operates outreachalpha.com and provides outbound
sales services to independent industrial equipment dealers. You can reach us at

What this page covers

This page covers two separate things, and it is worth keeping them apart:

1. Information you give us through this website.
2. Business contact information we use to send commercial email, both our own
   outreach and outreach we run on behalf of a client.

1. Information you give us through this site

When you submit the form on this site we collect the name, company, email
address, phone number, website, service territory, technician count and message
that you type into it, along with the IP address the submission came from.

Why. To answer you, to build the territory list you asked for, and to keep a
record of who asked for what. We do not sell this information, we do not share it
with advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles.

How long. Submissions are stored in the website database. We delete them when
they are no longer needed, and in any case within 24 months of your last contact
with us.

Who else sees it. Our web host, which stores the database and delivers the
site, and our email provider, which delivers the notification and your
confirmation message. Neither uses the content for their own purposes.

2. Business contact information used for outbound email

We send commercial email to business addresses at companies we believe have a
professional interest in what we do. Contact details are sourced from public
records (including federal environmental and workplace safety filings), from
company websites, and from licensed business data providers.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Concretely, that means:

• We never use a false or misleading header, and the From line always identifies
  the real sender.
• The subject line reflects what the message is actually about.
• Every commercial message carries our physical postal address.
• Every commercial message carries a working way to opt out.
• Opt-out requests are honoured within 10 business days, and normally the
  same day. Once you opt out we do not sell, transfer or re-use your address for
  any further commercial email.

How to stop hearing from us. Reply to any message with the word “stop”, or
write to hello@outreachalpha.com. That is enough. You do not need to give a reason and
you do not need to fill in a form.

Campaigns we run for clients. When we run outreach on behalf of a dealer, the
dealer is the sender and their details appear in the message. We act as their
service provider. Opt-outs on those campaigns are suppressed for that client
permanently, and we pass them through the same day.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. WordPress
may set a session cookie if you log in to the admin area, which does not apply to
ordinary visitors. If an analytics tag is added later, this section will name it
and say what it collects.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the
personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted,
and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal
information as those terms are used in California law, and we do not use it for
targeted advertising.

To make a request, write to hello@outreachalpha.com with enough detail for us to find
your record. We will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently
for making a request.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, the legal basis for the two things above is
different in each case.

For the form, the basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request
before entering into a contract. You typed your details in and asked us for
something.

For outbound business email, the basis is legitimate interest: contacting a named
role at a company about a service relevant to that company’s work. We have
weighed that against your interests, which is why the volume is deliberately
small, every message is specific to your site rather than mass mailed, and one
word stops it permanently.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and
the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. An objection is
absolute for direct marketing: if you object, we stop, no balancing test. Write to
hello@outreachalpha.com. You also have the right to complain to your national
supervisory authority.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated server side and stored
in a non-public area of the database that is not reachable by URL. No system is
perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from
anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continued use
of the site after that means the updated version applies.
